What you will do
As Commercial Manager, you will:
- Lead, inspire, and develop the commercial team across Sales, Customer Experience, Communication, and Interior Design.
- Translate IKEA strategy into clear commercial priorities that respond to local customer needs.
- Use customer insights, market knowledge, and performance data to drive growth, affordability, and brand strength.
- Secure a seamless omnichannel customer experience across all physical and digital touchpoints.
- Build leadership capability through coaching, feedback, and succession planning.
- Act as a role model for IKEA values, encouraging entrepreneurship, simplicity, and continuous improvement.
