In the position of Bicycle Mechanic & Assembly Technician, you work via Staffice on the technical construction of high-quality bicycles in Mijdrecht. You build complete bicycles step by step according to clear safety and production guidelines. Throughout the shift, you solve minor assembly challenges and adjust mechanical components so every bike operates smoothly. You take responsibility for quality and work closely with your colleagues to keep production running efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Assembling high-quality bicycles completely according to technical work instructions
- Operating pneumatic, electric, and hand tools for precise assembly tasks
- Installing, testing, and fine-tuning gear systems and cable brakes
- Identifying and resolving minor technical irregularities during the assembly process
- Assisting colleagues across different sections of the production line when needed
- Maintaining a structured, clean, and safe work environment
- Proven experience as a mechanic, tinkerer, or assembly technician
- Strong technical insight and good dexterity with hand tools
- A proactive mindset and a strong commitment to quality
- Good command of English or Dutch
- Full-time availability from Monday to Friday
- An hourly wage of 15.06 euro gross per hour
