We are looking for production workers who can perform their duties well both independently and as part of a team. In this role, your main responsibilities will be:
- Assembling and constructing various types of window frames (wood and/or steel) with precision.
- Using hand tools and modern production machinery.
- Checking the quality and dimensions of the assembled frames.
- Ensuring a tidy and safe workplace.
- Contributing to the optimization of the assembly process.
- Experience in production work and confidence in using tools and machinery;
- An affinity for technical work, carpentry, or metalwork is valued.
- Experience in a production or assembly environment.
- Enjoyment of manual and physical work, with basic technical skills;
- Category B driver's license (preferred) — transportation provided by the company;
- Ability to communicate in English (level B1/B2);

Employment conditions- Gross hourly wage €14.71/ h
- Net salary approximately €460 – €480 per week, based on a 40 hour working week
- Weekly salary payments
- 25 vacation days per year (20 paid days off + 5 vacation days paid weekly with your salary)
- 8% holiday allowance, paid once per year in May
- Pension scheme from your first working day

The production process is highly automated and takes place in several units, where various products are manufactured, including: complete door sets, lacquered doors, HPL doors, steel frames, wooden frames, sliding door systems, and hinges.
