IFS Functional Consultant (PSO / FSM) (ID:3505) As an IFS Functional Consultant (PSO / FSM), You Will:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business processes and translate business needs into effective IFS PSO and FSM functional solutions.
• Lead and facilitate functional workshops to gather requirements and configure IFS Cloud modules, including PSO, FSM, Projects, Supply Chain, HR, and Finance, across all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Configure, validate, and optimize functional solutions to support field service and project-based operations.
• Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet defined business requirements.
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration between IFS Cloud and third-party systems.
• Prepare, review, and maintain functional documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Solution Design Documents (SDD), and user manuals.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and expectation management.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 6–8 years of overall experience as an IFS Functional Consultant, with strong hands‑on expertise in IFS PSO and FSM.
• Minimum 5 years of experience working with IFS applications, including at least two full‑cycle IFS Cloud and PSO implementations.
• Domain experience in field service–centric industries, such as utilities (electricity, gas, water).
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end business processes and their translation into functional IFS solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

You Should Possess the Ability to:

• Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable functional system configurations.
• Facilitate workshops and communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Work independently while collaborating effectively in cross‑functional and multicultural environments.
