Job Description
- Proactively identify and target new B2B corporate clients through market mapping and outreach
- Spot and develop new business opportunities, supporting initiatives that drive sales growth
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with new clients in line with company guidelines
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Director and Account Managers to maximize deal success
- Engage with regional and global teams to align on opportunities and best practices
- Represent the company at networking events and actively expand your professional network
- Track and report all sales activities and client interactions via Salesforce
- Participate in sales meetings and international sales initiatives
- Share client insights internally and contribute to developing strategic account plans
- Consistently meet and exceed activity and revenue targets
The Successful Applicant
- Self-motivated with a strong hunter mindset and focus on cold business acquisition
- Proven track record in new business sales / business development
- Consultative sales approach with strong listening and communication skills
- Fluent in Dutch and English, other European languages are a plus
- Experience or strong interest in mobility, relocation, or HR services
- Well-organized, able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail
- Resilient, proactive, and able to perform under pressure
- Strong sense of initiative, decision-making ability, and commercial awareness
- Solid global and geographical awareness
