As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a skilled BI Developer to join our team and play a key role in designing and developing powerful dashboards and reports for our clients.

As a BI Developer at Atos, you will design and implement powerful dashboards and reports that help organizations make strategic decisions. You will act as a trusted advisor, working closely with clients to understand their data needs and translate them into visual solutions. You will collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders, and support business leaders in identifying and prioritizing high-value problems. You will also deliver presentations to senior management and support clients through training and workshops.

• Develop user-centric, dynamic dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Advise on best practices for data visualization and modelling.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver insights based on structured, reliable data.
• Work within multidisciplinary teams to implement solutions and achieve results.
• Proactively manage, improve, and maintain reports and dashboards.
• Support client enablement through training and workshops.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• 3-5 years of experience in BI development or consulting.
• Strong skills in Power BI, DAX, data visualization and data modelling.
• Experience applying BI solutions in cloud environments (e.g., Data Factory, Azure SQL DB, Synapse, Power BI Embedded).
• Familiarity with Python, R, Databricks, Snowflake, or Apache Spark is a plus.
• Agile team experience (Scrum, DevOps).
• Strong communication and consultancy skills.
• Fluent in Dutch (C1 level) and English.
• Willingness to travel and work at client locations.
