To make this a reality at scale, we need a Senior Project Manager who acts as the vital bridge between OMRT’s technical power and our clients' commercial success. You are not just managing a timeline; you are ensuring our technology drives real-world profitability and risk reduction for developers. What you’ll doAs a Senior Project Manager, you are at the forefront of OMRT’s commercial transformation. You will own the client relationship from a delivery perspective, ensuring our technical outputs align perfectly with the client's financial logic.
Your responsibilities include:
Drive Commercial Project Delivery - Lead the execution of OMRT’s most complex, high-stakes projects from kickoff to final evaluation, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
Bridge Tech & Commercial Value – Work closely with our Computational Engineers to understand the logic behind our "runs." You translate technical parameters (like GFA optimization or environmental physics) into the language of the client: margin improvement, risk reduction, and speed-to-market.
Act as a Trusted Advisor - Partner with developers, development directors, and investment managers. You speak their language and ensure OMRT’s technology is seen as a strategic asset, not just a service.
Identify Growth Opportunities - Proactively identify where our technology can add more value to a client’s portfolio; identify these scope expansion opportunities and confidently manage change management conversations to grow project value.
Professionalise Project Methodology - Partner with the Team Leads and Project Managers to implement and maintain a lean project management methodology based on (micro)P3.express.
"Do Less, Get More" - Identify and eliminate low-value processes. Leverage AI tools and OMRT’s own platform to multiply the team’s impact while reducing manual overhead.
Strategic Stakeholder Management - Serve as the primary commercial counterpart for senior clients, managing expectations and building long-term partnerships.
Commercial Track Record - Significant experience in real estate development, software implementation, or high-level project management/consulting.
Client Savvy - A proven ability to understand and deliver on "what the client really wants," moving beyond the technical brief to focus on the commercial outcome.
Industry Context - Experience working in or with the real estate and construction industry is highly beneficial.
Scale Experience - Experience working within a growing company (approx. 200 FTE) is an advantage.
Project Expertise - Proven experience in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects where financial logic is as important as technical delivery.
Commercial Mastery - Driven by numbers, targets, and results. You have exceptional negotiation and convincing skills.
Technical Translator - Ability to translate technical concepts into commercial value; you don't need deep tech expertise, but you must have the mindset to understand parametric logic and how it integrates into the AEC industry.
Stakeholder Management - Expert ability to own senior client relationships and serve as the primary commercial counterpart.
Analytical & Logical Reasoning - Exceptional information processing skills for planning, forecasting, and budgeting.
Strategic Thinking - Ability to see the "big picture" and the lasting impact of OMRT’s work beyond day-to-day tactical deliverables.
Adaptable Communication - Ability to translate technical concepts into commercial value (deep tech or design expertise is not required; your focus is the business case).
Intellectual Curiosity - You are genuinely interested in "the magic under the hood" - software, parametric design, and AI - and how it changes the AEC industry.
Natural Initiator - Self-confident, assertive, and proactive. You act on opportunities without needing a fixed structure or instructions.

Dutch - Native proficiency is required (to serve our core market).
English - Fluent proficiency is a must.
