About the Role
This is an opportunity to join our HR team as an HR Business Partner at our EMEA headquarters in Uithoorn and make a meaningful impact by supporting colleagues and local operations.

Tasks
What will you do?
You will act as a hands-on HR Business Partner, supporting both office-based teams and operational functions such as Supply Chain and Laboratory.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing day-to-day HR support and guidance to managers and employees
- Managing employee relations matters, including absence, performance, and disciplinary cases
- Supporting recruitment activities in collaboration with Talent Acquisition and external partners
- Acting as a key point of contact for a diverse workforce across different employee groups
- Advising managers on Dutch labour law and internal HR policies
- Collaborating with the Works Council
- Reviewing and updating HR documentation, including the employee handbook
- Identifying opportunities to improve HR processes and enhance structure in documentation and practices
- Contributing to a positive employee experience by being a visible and approachable HR partner
Requirements
What are we looking for?
- Approximately 5–7 years of experience in an HR Advisor, HR Generalist, HR Manager, or similar role
- Strong, practical knowledge of Dutch labour law
- Experience working with a Works Council
- Prior experience in recruitment is highly desirable, including partnering with hiring managers and supporting end-to-end hiring processes
- Experience supporting operational or manufacturing environments is an advantage
- A hands-on and pragmatic approach, with the ability to manage operational HR topics independently
- Ability to build effective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders in a constructive and professional manner
Language skills:
- Dutch and English (professional proficiency)
Ability to work onsite regularly in Uithoorn.
