We work with multidisciplinary teams, strong in‑house expertise and a global network of partners to create meaningful technologies that make the world work.
About the roleYou are responsible for the successful delivery of turnkey hydrogen solutions which combine advanced power conversion technology with system integration on skids or sea containers, customized to customer specific requirements. The core technology is developed internally under the responsibility of another project. Your focus is on system integration and delivery: integrating the developed technology with externally supplied skids or containers, customized transformers, and other subsystems, resulting in a complete, customer ready solution. You lead a small internal team and act as the central point of contact between the engineering organization, external subcontractors, and international customers. The technical complexity lies not in deep design ownership, but in managing interfaces, expectations, planning, and risks across multiple stakeholders.
