About the ProgramThe Miro Software Engineering Graduate Programme is designed to help computer science graduates launch their careers. In our 12-month programme, you'll gain hands-on experience working on real-world projects and be mentored by expert software engineers to help you develop your skills and career.
We understand that you may not yet know where you want to specialize. We offer a broad experience—from working on a product development team building features loved by millions to experiencing how we use data to enable these outcomes.
You will spend time with engineers, product managers, designers, analytics, and ux researchers to look at customer problems, brainstorm solutions, experiment, and iterate. You will be involved in the full development lifecycle, from product idea to production and monitoring results. You will also see how Data & Machine Learning inform decision making at Miro and deliver product capabilities like Miro Assist.
