Maintenance Employee
In this position you are jointly responsible for everything related to (preventive) maintenance inside and outside the hotels and apartment of Cityden.
You carry out the basic repairs yourself, but for the bigger issues you will contact the relevant companies for help. In addition, you are often busy carrying out repairs to equipment, furniture, sanitary facilities, lighting, painting, etc. For a big part of the day you will be busy with maintenance, but you also spend some hours on administration.
Tasks & responsibilities
Carrying out basic repairs and other malfunctions;
Carrying out periodic checks and preventive maintenance;
Planning, supervising and checking the work of various external parties;
Ordering the required materials and tools.
Who are you?
For this position we are looking for an enthusiastic and technical person who has some experience in a similar position, this does not necessarily needs to be a hotel. Working independently is no problem for you and you like to improvise on the job. You are flexible in the job and the working hours.
In addition to the above, we also have a few other qualities that we are looking for:
You live in or close to Amsterdam or Amstelveen;
You have completed a study in a technical direction or you have relevant work experience;
You speak fluently Dutch and English;
You are representative and social skilled;
Besides these qualities you are also a real Daymaker.
