At easyHotel Amsterdam City Centre South we are looking for a friendly, motivated, and service-minded Part-Time Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact, you will ensure our guests feel welcome and supported throughout their stay. From handling check-ins and check-outs to assisting with local information, you will help create a smooth and enjoyable guest experience that reflects the easyHotel values of simplicity, efficiency, and accessibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist guests in a warm, professional, and efficient manner.
Handle check-in and check-out procedures accurately using our hotel systems.
Process reservations and payments.
Respond to guest inquiries in person, by phone, and via email.
Provide information about the hotel facilities and nearby attractions in Amsterdam.
Address and resolve guest concerns or escalate when necessary.
Ensure the lobby and reception area remain clean and inviting.
Coordinate with housekeeping and management regarding room status and guest needs.
Follow health, safety, and security procedures at all times.
Requirements:
Strong communication skills in English (Dutch or additional languages are a plus).
Positive attitude, adaptability, and a passion for delivering great guest service.
Comfortable using computers and willing to learn hotel management systems.
Flexibility to work part-time shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Team player with the ability to also work independently.
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is nice to have, but not required.
