Wat je gaat doen As a packaging operator, you will contribute to the efficient production of beloved candy brands in our modern factory in Breda. Your role is essential in ensuring that production lines run smoothly, quality standards are upheld, and minor technical challenges are addressed. With a proactive mindset and technical insight, you’ll play a key part in maintaining a safe and productive environment while also having opportunities to grow and develop your skills.

What You Will Do:

• Set up and operate the production lines according to the correct specifications.
• Monitor the production process and perform quality checks to ensure high standards.
• Resolve minor technical issues and prevent downtime by replenishing materials promptly.
• Contribute:to process optimization and suggest improvements for production efficiency.
• Work in a three-shift system (morning, afternoon, and night) with an active and varied workday.

• Salary between €3,500 and €3,700 per month.
• Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
• Full-time role in a three-shift system.
• 25 vacation days
• 8% holiday allowance.
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer.

• Experience as an operator, preferably in packaging processes.
• Interest in technology and improving production efficiency.
• Accurate, physically active, and technically inclined.
• Available full-time in a three-shift system.
• Proficient in Dutch and/or English, with own transport.

Globally known for candy brands such as Klene, Fruittella, and of course Mentos, produced in Breda. New colleagues receive thorough onboarding and guidance from experienced operators. For the right candidate, there is the possibility of a permanent position. The Breda location is easily accessible by bike and car.
