ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Recruitment & Employer Branding Intern at Gisou, you will have the opportunity to contribute to building and promoting our identity as an employer of choice while supporting the full recruitment journey. From creating engaging content and helping organize events to coordinating interviews and assisting with onboarding, you'll gain hands?'on experience in both talent attraction and candidate experience. This role offers valuable exposure to HR practices in a fast?'growing, international company where collaboration and creativity are at the core.
WHAT YOU'LL DO Employer Branding- Assist in developing and implementing employer branding strategies.
- Create engaging content for social media, career pages, and other channels to promote the company as an employer of choice.
- Support in organising and participating in employer branding events, such as job fairs and campus recruitment activities.
- Support the development and activation of our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) strategy.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Arrange travel logistics for candidates, including booking flights and hotels as necessary.
- Communicate interview details and logistics to candidates and ensure they have a positive experience.
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for internship positions.
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate suitability for internship roles.
- Assist with the preparation of offer letters and employment contracts.
- Support onboarding activities to ensure new hires have a smooth transition.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.
- A bachelor/master student in HR, Organisational Studies, Business or similar.
- A great communicator, and have strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Outgoing, proactive & well?'organised.
- Available to complete the Internship Programme from Mon 3rd Aug 2026 - Wed 3rd Feb 2027.
- You must be looking for a FULL?'TIME & ONSITE internship for 6 months.
- You must have an Internship contract from your School / University and the internship must be integrated into your program of study.
- Available for 5 days per week, from which 4 days on?'site in the Amsterdam office.
- This internship is compensated (€450 per month).
- 1 day of remote working per week.
- Free fresh daily lunch via our partner Feedr, plus drinks and snacks provided in the office.

- Travel expenses reimbursed up to €200 per month for non?'EU students.
