• Work with customers to understand their unique needs and develop solutions that meet those needs

• Design and co-develop cloud-native applications using Azure services and cloud-native architectures

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions

• Coach and mentor colleagues on cloud-native development best practices and technologies

• Work with C-level and stakeholder to get things done

• Collaborate with client's stakeholders to understand their requirements and limitations

• Create a Statement of Work based on customer meetings

• Develop and refine the company's service offerings

• Lead customer workshops and POCs to validate and explore cloud capabilities

• Develop technical architecture for customer engagements

• Ensure technical implementation meets customer requirements during engagements

• Provide guidance to consultants to ensure that project outputs comply with the overall architecture

• Confidently, clearly, and concisely communicate architectural decisions and reasoning to clients and management, communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences

• Interact with clients throughout all phases of the software development lifecycle

You have excellent communication and collaboration skills, supported with superb problem-solving and analytical skills.

You have experience in secure software development, with a focus on cloud-native applications and Microsoft Azure.

You possess strong experience with .NET, secure software development, and related technologies

You have a strong understanding of cloud technologies, specifically Azure, and experience working with Azure PaaS services such as AKS, Service Bus, Storage, Cosmos DB, and Logic Apps.

You have experience with Azure DevOps and/or GitHub for implementing DevOps practices.

You understand DevOps approaches to the software lifecycle and their impact on solution architecture.
