What you’ll do
As Product Manager Energy Insights & Advice, you will own and develop Eneco’s connected home energy propositions. This includes connected hardware products such as smart thermostats and energy monitoring devices, as well as the digital experiences that bring these products to life.You will be responsible for defining and improving the customer journey, from product discovery and purchase through onboarding, activation and long-term engagement.Working closely with engineering, design, data and commercial teams, you will identify customer needs, prioritise opportunities and translate them into valuable product experiences. You will also play a critical role in transforming large volumes of real-time energy data into insights that help customers understand their consumption, optimise their behaviour and participate more actively in the energy transition.
Is this about you?
You are an experienced Product Manager who enjoys translating complex challenges into intuitive customer experiences. You combine strong product leadership with analytical thinking and are comfortable working in environments where technology, data and customer value come together. You know how to balance customer needs, business objectives and technical possibilities while building alignment among multiple stakeholders. We believe diverse perspectives strengthen our teams. You bring:
- At least 5 years of Product Management experience across the full product lifecycle
- Strong B2C product experience with a clear focus on end-user value
