NH Amsterdam Zuid is looking for a strong technical leader to oversee maintenance operations in a modern and fast‑paced hotel environment. With over 200 rooms, extensive meeting and event spaces, and facilities including a gym, wellness area, and restaurant, the hotel operates as a complex technical environment. As Maintenance Manager, you oversee a wide range of systems such as HVAC, electrical and water installations, safety systems, and energy management, ensuring everything functions flawlessly behind the scenes.

What Makes You a Great Fit
You are a hands-on leader who enjoys technical complexity and takes ownership.
Experience as a Maintenance Manager, Head of Maintenance or similar
Experience in the hospitality sector is a strong advantage
Strong technical knowledge (electrical, mechanical, HVAC, etc.)
Proactive, solution-oriented and action-driven mindset
Comfortable supporting the team on the floor when needed
Strong communication and leadership skills
Calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Flexible and responsive to technical issues
Dutch language skills are preferred, as the role involves daily communication with local teams and suppliers.
