As an AI-RevOps engineer, you’ll be the bridge that helps marketing, sales, and customer success work smarter, more efficiently, and in a data-driven way. You’ll build and automate processes in our CRM and other related tools, ensure all data flows into a single source of truth, and support teams with insights and AI-driven optimizations.

We aim to create a single source of truth for all housing plans, including status, phasing, and ETA. This data forms the basis for monthly and quarterly reports on the state of the market. You’ll make sure our commercial processes align with this vision, accelerate growth in established sectors, and help us gain a foothold with capital allocators.
What will you do?- Automate commercial processes: enable marketing, sales, and customer success to work efficiently by automating workflows, lead routing, follow-ups, and reporting in HubSpot, PowerBI and other tools.
- Lead scoring and LQAs: develop and maintain AI-driven lead scoring models and lead qualification assessments so teams can focus on the most valuable prospects.
- Data integration and single source of truth: consolidate data from the OPENRED platform and other sources, ensuring it’s accessible for teams and reporting.
- Professionalize the sales process: optimize the sales funnel with predictable, measurable processes powered by AI and OPENRED newsradar insights.
- Reporting and insights: deliver monthly and quarterly reports on market trends, sales and marketing performance, and growth opportunities.
- AI optimization: integrate AI solutions to make processes smarter and faster— from account research and prospecting to predictive analytics and automation. Work with APIs and data sources from other sources to enrich our platform.
- Experience: 3–7 years in RevOps, sales ops, or a similar role in a B2B SaaS environment. Experience with CRM automation (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and AI-powered processes is a must.
- Technical and analytical: strong with data, automation tools, and dashboards. You can analyze and optimize processes using a mix of technology and logic.
- Commercial insight: you understand how marketing, sales, and customer success collaborate and how to make processes predictable and scalable.
- Personality: structured, independent, hands-on, and proactive. You love automation and spotting opportunities to improve processes.
