- Ensure business continuity. You are responsible for the availability, stability, and performance of business-critical HR applications supporting the employee lifecycle.
- Be the first point of contact. You support users with functional application issues, incidents, and service requests, ensuring a reliable and effective service.
- Resolve application incidents. Working with vendors and support partners, you analyse issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.
- Translate business needs into IT solutions. You collaborate with HR stakeholders and key users to gather requirements and support the delivery of functional improvements.
- Drive application enhancements. You support the continuous improvement of applications and digital services, ensuring they continue to meet evolving business needs.
- Manage system integrations. You monitor and improve interfaces and data flows between HR applications and related systems while identifying opportunities for optimisation and automation.

You are analytical, organised, and able to translate business needs into practical IT solutions. - A Bachelor's degree (HBO) in Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resource Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in application management, functional support, or a comparable IT role.
- Experience working with business stakeholders and external service providers.
- Knowledge of application lifecycle management and change processes.
- Experience working within Agile environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Preferably Dutch language skills, although this is not mandatory.
Experience in the following areas would be an advantage:
- HR applications and employee lifecycle processes.
- Absence management, payroll, and workforce management solutions.
- SAP SuccessFactors, Identity Management solutions, and HR system integrations.
