We are seeking our F&B Manager who will lead the Food & Beverage operations with a strong focus on team- and service leadership, revenue growth, and cost efficiency. This role requires a hands-on leader who can elevate guest experiences, drive financial performance in collaboration with the sales team, and optimize operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership – Ensure exceptional guest experiences through a strong service culture and positive team development.
Operational Excellence – Oversee daily F&B operations, ensuring smooth service across breakfast, banqueting, and our cocktail bar/terrace.
Ensure all Banqueting operations are working at the highest service levels to ensure the satisfaction of our clients
Revenue & Sales Collaboration – Work closely with the sales team to maximize F&B revenue, develop promotions, and optimize sales opportunities.
Cost Control & Efficiency – Manage budgets, control costs, and drive profitability without compromising quality.
Administrative control - ensure correct processing of invoices, hours controls, make schedules using up to date forecasts
Hygiene & HACCP checks: together with kitchen work to ensure all Health, Hygiene and Safety standards are followed.

What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in hotel F&B management
A hands-on leader with a guest-focused approach
Strong team leadership, with the ability to create passionate team members
A results-driven mindset with a drive to increase revenue and results
Expertise in cost control and operational efficiency
Strong administrative skills, very comfortable with Office, PMS (Opera Cloud) and Accounting systems (SAP)
