We are seeking a Workday Integration and Automation Consultant to join our growing Workday practice. This is a great entry point for tech-savvy candidates interested in enterprise systems. This is what you'll do
As a Workday Integration Consultant, you will support the design and delivery of integrations that connect Workday Financials / HCM to external systems. You will be building workday integrations between systems and assisting in testing and the maintenance of these integration systems in various (global) projects.
Key responsibilities:- Assist in developing and maintaining Workday Finance / HCM integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST, RaaS).
- Support data mapping, transformation, and validation activities to ensure accuracy and completeness across systems.
- Execute and document unit tests; support SIT and UAT, issue triage, and defect resolution under guidance from senior team members.
- Monitor integration runs, analyze errors, and perform first-level troubleshooting; escalate when needed.
- Help create technical and functional documentation, including design notes, data-flow diagrams, and run books.
- Participate in knowledge sharing, demos, and practice assets; proactively build Workday and integration skills.
- 0-3 years of experience in integrations or software development, or relevant internships/academic projects.
- Familiarity with integration concepts and APIs. Knowledge of Workday Studio is a definite advantage.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Ability to interpret requirements and translate them into clear technical tasks and test cases.
