Park Inn by Radisson Amsterdam City West, a vibrant and colourful hotel featuring 476 rooms and 20 meeting rooms, conveniently located next to Amsterdam Sloterdijk train station and easily reachable for both guests and team members by car and public transport. The hotel is designed by the renowned designer Karim Rashid. The hotel is part of the VEN complex, meaning it shares the building with Holland Casino and LimeHome apartments. Responsibilities:
- Independently managing various shifts (morning and evening) with a guest-centric approach.
- Processing payments using an (automated) cash register system, handing over the register at the end of the shift, and accounting for received funds and credit card payments (the entire hotel is cashless).
- Operating the hotel's telephone switchboard.
- Handling guest complaints.
- Being the first point of contact for guests in the lobby.
- Assisting guests at the kiosks.
