Your tasks?

• Preparing dishes live in front of guests, creating an interactive experience;
• Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth workflows and exceptional service;
• Keeping the equipment and workspace sparkling clean and organized;
• Advising the team on improvements for recipes and kitchen procedures;
• Following traditional Japanese techniques accurately for every guest.
