Someone who loves Indonesian food and everything that revolves around food. The Sous Chef is a leader and a team player. - You have at least 2 years’ experience as a Senior Chef de Partie / Sous Chef, ideally in a Hotel;
- You have experience in a leading role in the kitchen, having supervised a team before;
- You have a degree in Culinary Arts / Food Production, or equivalent extensive on-the-job training;
- You have good language and communication skills in English, and preferably in Dutch as well;
- You know all about HACCP;
- You have a flexible schedule and you do not mind working in evenings, weekends and/or holidays;
- You are creative and have a hands-on mentality;
- You are legally allowed to work in the Netherlands, holding an EU/EEA passport or a valid work permit for the country (we do not assist with Visa / permit applications).
