As a Front Office Supervisor, you are responsible for the ins and outs of the Front Office and you ensure that every guest is checked in and out smoothly. You provide them with all the information they need and surprise them with your smile every time. In addition, you motivate and coach the team with great enthusiasm and you ensure that everyone is ready to deliver the top service that our guests are used to. Furthermore, the Front Office Manager can always count on you and you support in making schedules, handling communication (to guests and colleagues) and you think along with the daily operations at the Front Office. Each shift brings new challenges, but one thing never changes: you deliver quality and with your creative ideas you surprise our guests and exceed their expectations!
WHAT MAKES YOU THE PERFECT CANDIDATE?
- You have completed a relevant MBO education and at least 1 year of work experience at the Front Office in a similar position.
- You are proactive, creative and a born team player.
- You like to work hard and you are not afraid to take responsibility.
- You speak and write fluent Dutch and English.
- You are flexible available; mornings, evenings or nights; you like it all.
- Knowledge of Opera? That's a nice plus!
