As a Senior Business Analyst – nCino, you will:
- Work as a key functional expert for nCino on the Salesforce platform, supporting end-to-end lending transformation initiatives.
- Translate complex banking and lending business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, use cases, and process flows.
- Lead business analysis activities across Loan Origination, Underwriting, and Servicing modules.
- Act as a critical liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams including developers and QA.
- Support Agile delivery by contributing to backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and iterative solution design.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize lending workflows and enhance user and client experience.
- 10+ years of overall IT experience, with 8–12 years in IT delivery environments.
- 4–6 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in Financial Services, specifically within banking and lending domains.
- Strong hands-on experience with nCino and Salesforce, including functional design and platform capabilities.
- Deep understanding of the end-to-end lending lifecycle (retail and commercial lending).
- Experience eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements using workshops, interviews, and process mapping techniques.
- Solid experience creating functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for Agile teams.
- Hands-on involvement in test case creation, QA support, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Experience supporting training, documentation, and user adoption for enterprise platforms.
- Convert banking and lending requirements into effective nCino/Salesforce functional solutions.
- Clearly articulate business needs to technical teams while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Analyze existing lending processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Support Agile delivery by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams throughout the development lifecycle.
- Lead and coordinate UAT activities, ensuring solutions meet business expectations.
- Create clear documentation, process flows, and training materials to support end users.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, onsite, enterprise banking environment.
