As a Junior Finance Business Partner you will collaborate closely with the Senior Finance Business Partner, servicing the Management Team in all financial aspects. What will you make?The Finance Business Partnering team aims to be a valued business partner for Deloitte’s strategy realization, offering actionable insights, transparency and agility. Work from home or join us in our Rotterdam and/or Utrecht offices – a weekly visit to either location is expected.
Job Responsibilities- prepare analyses and provide key insights, guided by a thorough understanding of the business, so business leaders can readily understand and act upon them;
- focus on analysing the financial outcomes of global strategic initiatives and their impact on annual or long‑term planning and forecasting;
- assist in supporting the planning & control cycle for the business, ensuring that strategic goals are embedded;
- prepare reports that include analyses and key attention points for management and other stakeholders, translating complex data into compelling stories that inspire decision‑making and process improvement.

- University or bachelor's degree in finance (business economics/accountancy);
- At least 3–5 years of relevant working experience in a management accounting or junior controller role;
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and proven experience with ERP and data analytics or planning systems;
- Excellent command of written and spoken Dutch and English.
