Your motivationAs a Risk Analyst, you thrive to identify, assess and mitigate the potential risks for Blockrise. As our team manages financial, technical, operational and regulatory risks, we strive to hire an analyst with a strong technical understanding. You are keen to innovate with us, work on solid policies and stay relevant to crypto developments. You will be part of the MiCAR-license application and ISO-27001 certification, driving the risk assessment and management within these processes.
What will you do- Analysing potential risks with a methodical approach, and implementing mitigating measures within our framework.
- Ensuring that all identified risks are under control, while working closely with management to support the company strategy.
- Staying on top of the newest laws, regulations, standards and market situations, such as MiCAR, DORA and ISO 27001.
- Translating the risk framework and changes of regulation into new policies and procedures, while also overlooking the implementation.
- Informing management and other relevant stakeholders about the coordination and planning of risk processes.
- WO Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the field of business, finance or law.
- Affinity with crypto and the applicable regulations.
- Applicable working experience, comfortable with risk & regulations.
- Strong project management and analytical skills, curious to learn and improve.
- Enthusiastic to work for a high-paced, innovative company.
- Excellent with English communication skills, with a collaborative and innovative mindset. Dutch is optional.
- The salary range is €3.500 to €5.500 per month depending on experience, for full-time employment
- Up to €300 to spend on something that will make your job easier, such as headphones or a keyboard
- 25 days of annual leave, for full-time employment
