Wat je gaat doen Als productie medewerker bij Intersnack in Lelystad draag je bij aan het maken van bekende snacks zoals Chio en Pombär. Je werkt in een dynamische productieomgeving waar samenwerking en tempo centraal staan. Door jouw inzet zorg je ervoor dat het productieproces soepel verloopt. Ervaring is niet vereist, maar motivatie en een hands-on mentaliteit zijn belangrijk.

• Support the daily production of our snack products.
• Maintain a clean and safe workplace.
• Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Replenish materials and supplies as needed.
• Work in a 3-shift rotation to ensure continuous production.

Wat we je bieden

• A gross monthly salary of approximately €3,150 (based on a 40-hour workweek and including shift allowance).
• A temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.

Functie-eisen

• econdary vocational (MBO Level 1) working and thinking level or equivalent.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work.
• Good communication skills in Dutch or English.
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift schedule.
• Production experience is an advantage, but not essential.
