What are we looking for:

Orderchamp is seeking a full-time Account Manager to join our team in Amsterdam. You will be at the forefront of our success by bringing new (international) brands onto our marketplace, ensuring we have the most relevant supply for our retailers. We are looking for a commercial go-getter, that knows how to curate good from bad quality brands, while keeping in mind our growth expectations. Experience in a high-energy technology-based inside sales team and/or retailer buying/category management environment is a big asset!

You are responsible for driving revenue through phone and email correspondence as well as screen-sharing presentations / software demo's to potential customers in one or a couple of the following categories: Home & Living, Fashion Accessories, Bags & Luggage, Beauty & Health and Stationery. You will own your category from A-Z; sourcing quality leads (together with a lead gen colleague), pitch to them and build relationships with our potential customers. Compensation involves a competitive base salary, plus uncapped commissions.

We believe that the buying model through trade-fairs, on-the-road sales reps and cash&carry centers is in need of a digital boost. Our aim is to provide cutting-edge technology to small and medium-sized business owners, previously available exclusively to large companies, to empower them to compete in a rapidly changing industry.

We stand for quality. On a daily basis, we find new one-of-a-kind suppliers and use machine learning to connect them with retailers. We take the guesswork out of the equation by unlocking the power of data for all. Leveraging our social platform to create interactions between both parties, our mandate is two-fold: 1) retailers can easily discover distinctive and high quality products and; 2) brands can quickly do business with new sellers in new regions. We want manufacturers and shop owners from around the world to interact and do business with one another. Our vision: a hassle-free wholesale experience.

Entrepreneurship and commerce runs through our veins; that’s why we are building this product for our customers. The majority of our team was responsible for SaaS ecommerce platform, SEOshop, which was acquired by Lightspeed before recently going public (TSX:LSPD). Orderchamp is based on the newest technology, is funded by top-tier investors, delivers on an ambitious roadmap, and is supported by a talented team.


  • 2-3+ years experience in sales, preferably retail/wholesale/software solutions;

  • Successful track-record in (over)scoring targets;

  • Great time management & organizational skills;

  • Fluent in Dutch & English;

  • Asset: a third (or fourth) language;

  • Asset 2: understanding of the wholesale industry.
