You'll be part of a People & Culture team of 8: working alongside 4 fellow P&C BPs, 1 People Ops Specialist, and 2 Talent Acquisition Specialists. It's a team of peers, no hierarchy, just shared ownership.
In this role, you will:- Be the first point of contact for employees in a flat organization with no traditional management layer. From day-to-day support to complex ad-hoc situations, you are the person people turn to.
- Drive the full employee lifecycle, ensuring every employee feels empowered from onboarding to offboarding.
- Act as a strategic partner to the business, aligning People & Culture initiatives with organizational goals and supporting change.
- Lead performance management processes including feedback cycles, individual goal-setting and development conversations.
- Foster a culture of trust, autonomy, innovation and open feedback, ensuring inclusion and belonging for all.
- Collaborate with the broader People team on onboarding, benefits, wellness and employee recognition programmes.
- Ensure labour law compliance across 3 countries and full alignment with EU regulations, including salary transparency directives.
- Use people analytics to identify trends, anticipate challenges and measure the impact of People initiatives.
- Experienced as HRBP or similar role.
- A Bachelor in HR/Work & Organizational Psychology or other related studies.
- Fluency in English is mandatory and Dutch is a plus.
- A hands‑on mindset, you are a critical thinker and problem solver.
- A communicative, business‑savvy and empathetic personality.
- We offer a salary range from 4500 euros to 5500 euros for the asked experience.
