About myTomorrows

myTomorrows is a global health tech company dedicated to breaking down barriers for patients seeking treatment options.

We strive to enable earlier and better treatment access by bridging the gap between those searching for possible options, and the companies who develop them. We work closely with patients, healthcare professionals, trial sites, patient advocacy groups, and BioPharma – connecting key stakeholders in the drug development ecosystem.

We’ve developed a cutting‑edge AI‑powered technology platform that simplifies and streamlines access to drugs in development. To support our users and clients, we have a range of industry‑expert specialized teams ready to help. Our services include clinical trial patient recruitment, Expanded Access Program management and Real‑World Data collection.

With a global footprint spanning 134 countries, to date we’ve supported over 17,000 patients, 3,000 physicians and 350 sites, earning the trust of 60+ BioPharma companies. In October 2025, we closed a €25M investment with Avego Healthcare Capital to fuel our global ambitions and scale the business.

Join us in shaping the future of treatment access – making tomorrow’s therapies accessible for people who need them today.

The opportunity: Director of People & Culture

Our ability to achieve our mission depends on attracting, developing, and retaining bar‑raising talent: people who share our drive for impact, quality, and speed.

As Director of People & Culture, you will shape and execute our People strategy to ensure we continue building a high‑performing, and mission‑driven team. You’ll oversee the full People & Culture function, from talent acquisition and development to office operations and engagement, ensuring that every team member experience reflects our values and ambition.

You’ll work closely with the Leadership Team (LT) and report directly to the CEO. You’re acting as a trusted thought partner on our growth, culture, and team performance.

What you’ll do in this role
  • Define and execute our People strategy to support myTomorrows’ growth and ensure we continue to attract and retain top talent across all functions.

  • Raise the talent bar by building strong hiring practices and frameworks that help identify, assess, and onboard high‑impact team members aligned with our mission and values.

  • Develop and coach leaders to build high‑performing, engaged teams through clarity of expectations, feedback, and accountability.

  • Own the full team member lifecycle, from onboarding and performance to growth and offboarding, ensuring a consistent and meaningful experience.

  • Oversee People Operations, including payroll, compliance, and policies, ensuring all processes are scalable and aligned with local regulations and best practices.

  • Drive culture and engagement initiatives that strengthen our shared sense of purpose and support a thriving, inclusive environment.

  • Partner with the Leadership Team on organization design, workforce planning, and change management to support sustainable scaling.

  • Use data and insights to inform decisions, track progress, and continuously improve our People programs.

What you bring to the table
  • 8+ years of progressive HR/People experience, including experience leading a People function in a scaling or mission‑driven organization.

  • Proven track record of building and implementing People strategies that drive performance, engagement, and growth.

  • Strong knowledge of international employment laws (e.g. NL & US) and experience managing multi‑country People operations.

  • Experience developing leaders and managers and shaping a feedback and performance culture.

  • Strategic thinker with a hands‑on, pragmatic approach: comfortable moving from vision to execution.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels.

  • A genuine passion for building teams that raise the bar and creating an environment where people can do their best work in service of patients.

What success looks like in 6 months:
  • Define and align a clear People roadmap with the CEO and Leadership Team, focused on building a high‑performing, scalable organization.

  • Reduce time‑to‑hire and increase quality of hire by tightening intake, improving sourcing quality, and tracking hiring effectiveness metrics with the Talent Acquisition team.

  • Equip managers with the tools and confidence to set goals, give feedback, and manage underperformance early.

  • Ensure operational excellence by streamlining core People processes (contracts, payroll, onboarding/offboarding) for accuracy, speed, and compliance.

  • Establish a People metrics dashboard tracking quality of hire, turnover, and engagement, and use insights to drive data‑backed decisions.

  • Partner with LT on the Key Talent and High Performers Program, aiming to retain 90%+ of our Key Talent.

  • Reinforce a culture of high standards, making sure recognition, development, and decisions consistently reward performance and alignment with our mission.

Equal opportunities

myTomorrows is an Equal Opportunity Employer and, beyond upholding discrimination‑free practices, we are committed to cultivating a workplace where difference and diversity are protected and celebrated. The best work comes from our best selves, and we go to great lengths in supporting our team members to be just that.
