To support our continued growth, we are looking for a motivated Freelance Sales Representative (m/f/d) to join our Sales / Business Development team.
Tasks
- Identify and acquire new B2B customers (retailers, resellers, distributors)
- Proactively approach potential clients via cold outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Build and develop the Dutch market from scratch
- Own the full sales cycle: lead generation → outreach → negotiation → closing
- Establish long-term partnerships with key accounts
- Track your pipeline and sales performance independently
- Provide market insights and feedback to support expansion strategy
Requirements
- Proven experience in new business sales / cold acquisition is highly preferred
- Strong hunter mentality with a drive to close deals
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Highly self-motivated and performance-driven
- Ability to work independently and structure your own sales activities
- Fluency in Dutch and English is required
