We are looking for a talented Senior Designer to play a key role within our design team, creating innovative solutions across both 2D and 3D environments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to take on a brief and turn a concept into high quality design. You have the ability to clearly communicate design ideas and decisions to clients and colleagues. This position calls for a collaborative approach within cross-functional project teams in addressing complex strategic challenges through thoughtful design. A passion for exploring emerging technologies and new methods of working is highly valued for this role.
Responsibilities- Lead the conceptual development of design projects from ideation through execution.
- Translate client needs and business objectives into exceptional design solutions.
- Transform creative concepts into storytelling narratives, told across storyboards, presentations, or key visuals.
- Present design concepts and strategies to stakeholders with conviction and enthusiasm.
- Drive projects forward, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
- Establish and maintain design standards and methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design integrity throughout all touchpoints.
- Articulate the “why” behind design decisions, connecting creative choices to business objectives.
- Think laterally across 2D and 3D design applications to create cohesive brand experiences across different mediums.
- Exceptional portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and creative problem-solving.
- Strong background in graphic design fundamentals.
- Proficiency with design software including Adobe Creative Suite, as well as an understanding of 3D design tools and CAD rendering software. Familiarity with Figma, Miro and AI design platforms is a plus.
- Awareness of current trends in AI as they relate to design and conceptual output.
- Strong storytelling abilities to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Collaborative mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into innovative design solutions.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex design projects from concept to completion.
- High level of curiosity and a drive to stay updated on industry and technological trends.
