Key Responsibilities- Complex delivery: Lead large-scale, cross‑discipline projects involving 3rd party vendors and multiple stakeholders. Turn complex issues into practical, executable roadmaps.
- Strategic growth: Collaborate with Account Managers to detect client needs and identify opportunities to grow our impact.
- Process architecture: Audit PM workflows. Fix inefficiencies in stand‑ups and templates.
- Mentorship: Coach the next generation of PMs, help them navigate difficult client conversations and prioritize workloads.
- Crisis management: Act as escalation point when a project goes off the rails; renegotiate timelines, calm the room and steer the ship back to safety.
- Dynamic solutions: Process information rapidly and identify practical solutions even in dynamic situations.
- Experience: 5+ years as a Project Manager within an agency environment.
- Budget management: Proven track record managing significant budgets from €10k to €500k+.
- Agile expertise: Deep knowledge of agile working methodologies.
- Communication: Fluent in Dutch and English (C1); explain technical choices to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Mindset: Strategic and composed under pressure.
- Soft skills: High emotional intelligence and good negotiation skills.
