Team Lead SysAdmin

As Team Lead SysAdmin, you’ll be at the core of our technological backbone, leading a skilled team of System Administrator to shape the foundation that keeps our business running smoothly and securely.

Your leadership will not only strengthen our systems but also empower the people behind them, ensuring that our technology evolves hand-in-hand with our business ambitions.

• Lead and coach the SysAdmin team, setting goals and fostering continuous growth;
• Ensure reliability, security, and efficiency of our hybrid Business systems;
• Oversee maintenance, upgrades, and lifecycle management to optimize performance;
• Implement and manage robust security measures to protect systems and data;
• Advise System improvements, modernization, and best practices;
• Coordinate and deliver System projects end-to-end;
• Manage vendor relationships for cost-effective, high-quality services;
• Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and compliance standards;
• Maintain clear documentation of systems, configurations, and operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field;
• 7+ years in infrastructure or system administration, including 5+ years in a leadership role;
• Strong knowledge of server software, system lifecycle management, vulnerability and patch management and hybrid cloud environments;
• Experience with Windows and Linux/Unix administration, virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure);
• Strong knowledge of business application suites (MS 0365, Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint) Certification preferred;
• Skilled in security solutions, automation/scripting (e.g. PowerShell), and project management;
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to solve complex problems;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Service Management experience inclusive of process implementation. (Service Catalogue / SLA management );
• ServiceNow management knowledge;
• Relevant certifications (MCSE, CLE, CompTIA Security+, Networking+, Administration + ITIL, VCP) are a plus;
• Collaborative, innovative, and a can-do mindset.

• A gross salary between €4.800 and €6.300 (based on 40 hours, depending on experience);
