Head of Project Delivery – Pay TV IT

We’re looking for an experienced, results-oriented leader to head up project delivery within our Pay TV IT domain. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, understand the complexities of broadcast and media technology, and know how to lead cross-functional teams to successful outcomes — we’d like to meet you.

As Head of Project Delivery, you’ll oversee the full lifecycle of IT projects — from initial planning through to implementation — ensuring alignment with business strategy, quality benchmarks, and industry best practices. You’ll manage a high-performing team of project managers and business analysts, guiding delivery across key systems such as subscriber management, billing, and middleware integration.

With a strong grasp of both technical and business needs, you’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to keep projects on track, on budget, and focused on the end user.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of all IT projects within the Pay TV space, ensuring they meet scope, timeline, and quality goals.
• Manage and develop a team of project managers and business analysts, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Define and enhance delivery frameworks, governance models, and reporting standards.
• Act as the escalation point for project challenges, risks, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure project outcomes support broader strategic objectives.
• Use data and KPIs to monitor progress, improve performance, and drive informed decision-making.
