Key Responsibilities
- Processing and managing customer orders in the ERP system Microsoft Dynamics
- Coordinating projects throughout the full Order-to-Cash process
- Monitoring stock availability and supporting warehouse planning forecasts
- Aligning delivery schedules and timelines with supply chain and logistics teams
- Tracking project progress and proactively solving operational issues or delays
- Acting as the primary contact person for customer questions, complaints, and delivery updates
- Managing and maintaining accurate administration, databases, and project information
- Providing customers with timely updates and clear communication throughout the process
- Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders including account managers, warehouse, logistics, and operations teams
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in customer service, sales support, order management, or a similar coordination role
- Experience handling complex projects or international orders is highly preferred
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership
- Accurate, organized, and solution-oriented under pressure
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and international environment
- Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics is a strong plus
- Fluent English required (written and spoken)
- Dutch is highly preferred
- Additional European languages such as Spanish, German, or Polish are considered a plus
- Must already be living in the Netherlands and authorized to work without sponsorship
- Must live around 45 min from Deventer Station

- 32–40 hour workweek
- Hybrid working model (3 days office / 2 days home) after onboarding in Deventer
