About the Role
Simply Green is a major European wholesale distributor of CBD products, smoking accessories and related cannabis products. We operate in several EU countries and are launching additional localised sites over the coming 12 months.
In this role, we seek outstanding organizational and account management skills and professional-level German. We expect you to be an excellent communicator who understands customer needs. If you are also goal-driven and analytical, we'd like to meet you.
Ultimately, you will ensure our clients are happy and continue to purchase and you'll search for ways to increase share of wallet, upsell and cross-sell products according to customer need.
Tasks- Identify lapsed accounts and take measures to reactivate
- Look for gaps in products ordered by customers to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Supporting accounts to sell more products with POS material and provide product/brand training
- Supporting accounts to sell more products with POS material and providing product/brand training
- Generate sales from dormant client accounts through reactivation activities
- Operate as the point of contact for assigned customers or a specific territory
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with accounts to increase share of wallet
- Ensure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion
- Communicate client needs and demands to the wider company
- Forecast and track client account metrics
- Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals
- Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients
- Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines
- Keep records of client transactions and contacts
- Professional-level spoken and written German is essential
- BSc/BA in Business, Marketing or a related field is an advantage
- 2+ years in an account management role, servicing multiple accounts
- Ability to develop strategies and use performance KPIs
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with using CRM systems is helpful
- Problem-solving aptitude and ability to think creatively
- Organizational and leadership ability; organizing your own work is essential
- Demonstrable ability to build relationships and develop connections to improve sales and increase revenues
- Competitive basic salary €31000 - €35000 (DOE)
- Excellent commission package OTE €50000 - €60000
