Park Inn by Radisson Amsterdam City West, a vibrant and colourful hotel featuring 476 rooms and 21 meeting rooms, conveniently located next to Amsterdam Sloterdijk train station and easily reachable for both guests and team members by car and public transport. The hotel is designed by the renowned designer Karim Rashid. The hotel is part of the VEN complex, meaning it shares the building with Holland Casino and LimeHome apartments. Essential ingredients:
- Preferably experience in a similar role in a large hotel with the ability to lead and motivate a team;
- Flexibility to work morning and evening shifts, including weekends and holidays;
- Excellent communication skills: especially in English, and a great addition if you also speak an extra language!
Responsibilities:
- Independently managing various shifts (morning and evening) and correctly handing over the shift to your colleague Supervisor.
- Coaching the team during all shifts.
- Conducting various types of conversations, such as coaching, evaluation, and job interviews.
- Handling guest complaints.
- Setting up and developing various projects, such as an upsell program, internal training, etc.
- Creating a schedule for the entire department.
