Located in the heart of Amsterdam's iconic canal district, Jansz. Is a modern European restaurant known for its seasonal ingredients, refined dishes, and welcoming atmosphere. As an Apprentice Chef, you'll become a valued member of the kitchen team and gain exposure to all aspects of a professional restaurant operation.
- Supporting the kitchen team with daily mise en place and food preparation.
- Learning professional cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
- Assisting during lunch and dinner service.
- Helping maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and organisation.
- Following food safety and HACCP procedures.
- Working alongside experienced chefs who are passionate about mentoring and development.
- You are currently enrolled in a culinary education programme and require an internship or apprenticeship placement.
- A genuine passion for food and hospitality.
- Eagerness to learn, develop, and take initiative.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Good command of English.
