Sponsor Coverage ("SC") is a global specialized business within Rabobank's Corporate Finance Origination domain ("CFO"). The team works closely with Sector Banking/Corporate Finance, M&A, Global Corporate Clients ("GCC"), Capital Markets ("CM"), Leveraged Lending ("LL"), and RaboResearch ("FAR"). In addition, the team also interacts with other groups within Rabobank like Corporate Risk & Treasury Management ("CRTM"), Corporate Investments, Financial Advisory & Solutions ("FAS") and Value Chain Finance ("VCF"). Candidate will be supporting senior Officers in developing and leveraging relationships as well as building their own relationships with Financial Sponsors to provide investment ideas and deliver Rabobank's product capabilities to fit the needs of our clients.
Job Responsibilities:
Idea Generation for Sponsors and Implementing Strategy
Jointly responsible for generating ideas translating the adopted strategy into a (team) business plan comprising activities and actions to be taken in order to achieve goals. Contributes towards the coordination and ensures the proper execution of the business plan. Helps drive the local SC business strategy in alignment with the global AF&SC strategy.
Network Building & Sharing
Actively builds, broadens, applies and shares professional networks and insights. (Existing) Internal networks to be developed and fostered hereby actively engaging in certain F&A subsector discussions and by being a point person within SC for one or several subsectors and expected to be an active contributor to subsector group discussions and strategizing regardless of whether or not certain topics are of immediate benefit to sponsors.
(Support in) Originating Deals
Seeks to pro-actively improve the efficiency of internal processes and internal cooperation and champions internal cross-departmental and cross border cooperation. Challenges the way of working and comes with solutions to improve efficiency or having a bigger impact as sponsor coverage.

· Affinity and understanding of debt & loan products.
· Deal execution experience.

Salary Expectations:
New York, NY Target Hiring Range: $140,000.00 - $230,000.00
Atlanta, GA & Chicago, IL Target Hiring Range: $135,000.00 - $225,000.00
This position is subject to the terms of [RAF/Rabobank/RDS]'s compensation plans and policies. It is anticipated that the position will pay within the target hiring range. The range is reflective of the desired primary physical work location and may be adjusted outside of the projected range based on geographical differentiation if the actual work location of the hired candidate differs from the desired primary location, or for other lawful reasons. Further, all full-time regular positions include all other benefits provided to [RAF/Rabobank/RDS] employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
