A typical workday:
You arrive at the warehouse office, grab a coffee, and dive into the CRM system. You'll spend your day engaging with a wide range of business customers, coordinating with the warehouse team to check order statuses, and ensuring all data entry is spot-on. It’s a fast-paced environment where you keep your cool and stay organized, even when things get busy. Since you’ll be working for a client of ours in the apparel industry, you’ll be right where the action is.
Responsibilities:
- Engaging with a wide range of business customers in a positive and professional manner.
- Managing customer relationships and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Handling order-related inquiries and coordinating with the warehouse picking team.
- Working fluently with CRM systems and Microsoft Office to track interactions.
- Accurately processing data and managing administrative tasks with great attention to detail.
- Solving problems on your feet to provide quick and effective solutions.
- Communicating effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
- Maintaining a high pace in communication, with a typing speed of at least 30 WPM.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service (experience in apparel or streetwear is a big plus!).
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Proficiency in at least one additional language: Dutch, German, or French.
- A solution-focused attitude and the ability to think quickly under pressure.
- Confidence in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and learning new tools.
- Excellent time management skills and a proactive "can-do" mindset.
- The right to work and live in the Netherlands (no sponsorship available).

- A competitive salary between €3,200 and €3,500 per month.
