The Role
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll receive all the training, coaching and support needed to build a successful career in recruitment.
You don't need previous recruitment experience. If you're driven, enjoy speaking with people and are motivated by career progression and earning potential, we'll teach you everything else.
Our structured 12-week in-house training programme combines hands-on learning, one-to-one mentoring and daily coaching to help you develop into a specialist recruiter. In fact, 78% of our consultants have been promoted within their first five months.
From day one, you'll have the opportunity to manage the full recruitment lifecycle while building your own specialist market and long-term client relationships.
What You'll Be Doing
* Sourcing and engaging talented professionals across networking, cybersecurity, telecommunications and technology markets.
* Building lasting relationships with candidates and clients.
* Managing the recruitment process from initial contact through to successful placement.
* Writing and marketing job adverts and candidate profiles.
* Negotiating offers and supporting candidates throughout the hiring process.
* Developing specialist knowledge within your own technology market.
* Growing your own client portfolio and contributing to the continued success of the business.
Who We're Looking For
We're interested in ambitious people who are eager to learn and build a long-term career.
You could be:
* A recent graduate (any degree discipline).
* Working in sales, retail, hospitality, estate agency or another customer-facing role.
* Looking for your first professional career after education.
* Someone with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
* Competitive, resilient and motivated by personal success.
* Someone who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Previous recruitment experience is not required.

* £26,000 basic salary.
* Uncapped commission (Year 1 OTE: £35,000-£45,000).
