Hours of Work: full time

Business Development Executive

Duties: You will deliver sales growth across both new and existing business within your defined geographical area. You’ll build trust with customers and manufacturers, adopt a consultative approach to recommend solutions for industrial control and automation challenges, and keep close to the local market by maintaining a strong presence in the BPX branch. You’ll also support marketing activity (campaigns, promotions and events) and keep developing your technical and commercial knowledge to strengthen both customer outcomes and long-term account performance.

Requirements:

Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally with knowledge of the industrial distribution market
Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities across new and existing accounts and partnerships
Understanding of the relationships and market dynamics between manufacturers, distributors and customers
Strong relationship-building skills with confident communication and genuine teamwork
Customer-centric mindset: able to spot challenges, then present practical, value-led solutions
