Candidates are learning how to game keyword systems, while companies are drowning in volume and missing real talent. AI-only filtering is yesterday’s answer to today’s overload.
Talboost changes the logic. We reduce noise before it enters the ATS. Human-first. AI-assisted. Data compliant.
The platform is live. The model is validated. Initial investors are on board. Now it gets serious.

Talboost is targeting high-volume recruiting markets including the United States, Brazil, the GCC, and Asia. Markets where scale creates chaos and where Talboost can fundamentally improve efficiency and candidate quality.
Who you are:
• Ready to invest financially
• Willing to commit at least 50 percent of your time
• Strong in fundraising and investor relations
• Experienced in SaaS marketing and revenue growth
• International mindset with excellent English
• Ideally exposure to recruiting, HR Tech, or ATS ecosystems
Talboost has product, positioning, and momentum.
Now we need the right co-pilot to scale capital, partnerships, and revenue.
