The Role:
Deliver tailored 1:1 tuition to pupils with SEN
Support children working outside of a mainstream classroom
Plan engaging lessons that meet individual learning needs and EHCP outcomes
Build confidence, independence and a love of learning
Flexible working hours to fit around your availability

The Ideal SEN Tutor Will:
Have experience supporting children with SEN, including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, dyslexia or other additional needs
Be confident adapting lessons to suit individual learning styles
Have excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Be patient, resilient and passionate about helping every child achieve their potential
Hold QTS, tutoring experience or relevant educational experience (desirable)
