Rubicon Consulting is a well established and highly regarded recruitment business supplying contract and permanent white collar technical staff into the Energy and Utilities sector.

We are looking for an experienced resourcer for our contract division. You will be responsible for resourcing high quality candidates for our prestigious clients, typically for contracts from 3 to 12 months plus.

If you have at least 6 months resourcing experience, regardless of which market sector, as the process is similar, please get in touch.

If you’ve been in recruitment already, you’ll know what the highs and lows are. You’ll be resilient and persistent with the ability to talk to candidates and assess their suitability for a particular role. You will be motivated to succeed, get results and earn a high salary.
