What does a Recruitment Consultant actually do?
You'll become the link between ambitious professionals and businesses looking to hire the best talent in their market.
Your day-to-day will involve:
Building relationships with candidates and clients
Speaking to senior professionals and decision-makers
Identifying and approaching high-quality candidates
Winning new business and developing client relationships
Managing the recruitment process from start to finish
Negotiating offers and closing deals
Becoming a specialist and expert within your chosen market
