About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated Recruitment Specialist to support end-to-end talent acquisition for our Netherlands operations. The ideal candidate will partner closely with business teams to deliver efficient hiring processes, build talent pipelines, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Execution- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for the Netherlands team, including requirement intake, CV screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support.
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and employee referrals) to attract qualified candidates.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines to support ongoing and future hiring needs.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and assist in drafting job descriptions.
- Track key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, pipeline health) and support continuous process improvement.
- Maintain data accuracy in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and generate regular recruitment reports.
- Monitor hiring progress and ensure timely delivery against recruitment targets.
- Work closely with business teams to support hiring needs and ensure smooth recruitment processes.
- Assist in implementing recruitment policies and ensuring alignment with internal processes.
- Support employer branding initiatives (career site updates, social media, candidate engagement).
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
- 3+ years of recruitment experience.
- Proven track record in recruitment tasks.
- Proficiency in sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Teamtailor, or similar platforms.
- Risk Sensitivity: Ability to anticipate regulatory impacts (e.g., gig economy policies, tax reforms).
- Communication & Influence: Translate complex regulations into actionable guidelines for business teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Multitasking: Manage stakeholders under high pressure while balancing compliance and operational efficiency.
- Immediate or short-notice availability is preferred.
